The story of Dragon's Lair 3D remains largely the same as the original arcade game. Dirk the Daring, a valiant knight, must rescue the beautiful Princess Daphne from the evil dragon Singe. However, there are a few new additions and changes. For example, Dirk can now use a shield to block enemy attacks, and there are new puzzles to solve.
