Red Lightning is an operational level wargame of a potential conflict in Central Europe between NATO and the Warsaw Pact. It is a game of a hypothetical World War III in the early 1990s. As a Soviet player, the mission is to sweep NATO forces and capture the Ruhr. As a NATO commander, the mission is to stop the Russian invasion.
