Description TurboGo
TurboGo is a computer version of the Chinese two-player board game weiqi ('Go') that uses Chinese scoring rules.
In this version of the game, either player can be a computer or a human. Available board sizes are 9x9, 13x13 and 19x19, the latter being a common tournament grid size. The Go game is simple, but difficult to master, and this version has an extensive built-in manual to help.
The two players have white or black stones, and take turns placing them at crossing points on a grid of square lines. The objective is to surround/border the territory and capture the opponent's stones as prisoners. The game can be saved to disk and continued later, as larger boards may take time to finish.
